Complete Landlord Electrical Package
Everything your rental property needs to stay compliant and safe for tenants
EICR Certificate
Full electrical installation condition report. Legally required every 5 years or at change of tenancy. Graded findings, full report within 24–48 hours.
Mains Smoke & CO Alarms
Grade D, Type LD2 mains-interlinked smoke alarms with battery backup. Carbon monoxide detectors where required. Compliant with the Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarm Regulations 2022.
Remedial Works
EICR failures must be rectified within 28 days. We carry out all C1 and C2 remedial work to re-satisfy the certificate, from minor repairs to full rewires.
Consumer Unit Upgrades
Old-style fuse boards and rewirable fuse consumer units are a common EICR C2. Modern RCBO boards greatly improve tenant safety and often satisfy multiple report findings in one job.
Landlord Supply & Meters
Communal supply boards, sub-metering for HMOs, landlord meters for communal areas. Keeps billing transparent for both landlord and tenants.
General & Reactive Maintenance
Broken sockets, faulty switches, lighting failures, tripping circuits. Fast reactive maintenance so tenants aren’t left waiting.
